Pacific Silver forum is an international meeting that brings together producers, suppliers, authorities, and academics around a species with its own unique identity within the salmon farming industry.
The event was created in response to the need to provide coho salmon with its own forum for discussion, addressing its production, commercial, and health realities from both a global and a deeply local perspective. It showcases this species in the context of its current production expansion, its favorable global consumption outlook, and the attributes that distinguish it both as a farmed species and as a product.
This event will take place on August 25 at the Wyndham Pettra Hotel in Puerto Varas, Chile.
